Club Crafting

The golf grip is an often ignored piece of equipment.  There always seem more attractive things out there to tempt you into buying a better game.  Whilst many of these often represent little more than marketing spin, the reality is that keeping your golf grips in great condition really will optimise your golf, as they are the link between your hands and the golf club head!

The aging process will ultimately compromise the quality of that connection and increase the risk of errant shots.

Popular opinion suggest that clubs should be re-gripped annually or every 40-50 or so rounds.

Regardless of how often you play play, ozone, heat, dirt and oils are constantly at work breaking down the materials that make up your grips.  Whilst the process is slow, most golfers fail to notice it happening.
